Shipping Policy:

3. Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time applies to major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. SLINKYS LADIES CLOTHING TRADING is not liable for delays in remote areas or regions with specific postal service schedules.

4. Insured Shipping:
Your order will be delivered by Shorages. Delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a notification when your package leaves our premises, along with a tracking number. All packages are insured during transit. However, SLINKYS LADIES CLOTHING TRADING cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

5. Tracking Number:
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it or if there are no updates on the carrier’s website for several days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Parcel Inspection:
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If it appears damaged in transit, reject the receipt and file a claim with the carrier immediately.

7. Delivery Address:
Deliveries can only be made to physical home or business addresses. The shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order for security reasons. If you will not be available at the provided address during the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support team to discuss alternative arrangements.

8. Delivery Outside Mainland:
If your shipping address is outside the mainland, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes. SLINKYS LADIES CLOTHING TRADING is not responsible for any additional charges incurred or for refunding taxes and duties on your parcel.
